Common rooms and vacant units
We clean lobbies, corridors, dining and activity rooms, offices, and restrooms. Surface care, trash collection, consumable restocking, and spill response address routine needs. Vacant-unit cleaning is available as a separate turnover service.
Limited support in occupied rooms
Room-attendant tasks include trash service, spot cleaning, light restroom touch-ups, and high-touch surface care. We also change facility-provided bed linens and make beds under the community’s access and linen-handling procedures. This does not include full housekeeping, personal care, or laundry processing.
Clinical and terminal cleaning
Clinical-area and terminal cleaning are available under the facility’s written protocol, room status, and handoff requirements. These services do not establish sterile-area work, isolation-room cleaning, regulated decontamination, or medical-waste handling.
