A Northern California vendor for FM firms
If your company manages buildings in Northern California for a national or regional book of clients, you need a cleaning vendor on the ground who answers tickets, shows up in uniform and keeps your paperwork straight. Ascent Cleaning offers that role across the Bay Area, the North Bay, the Sacramento region and the Central Valley, and you can contract with us directly.
The buildings in this part of the state rarely look alike. One account may hold a glass office tower, a medical suite on the second floor of a retail strip and a distribution warehouse off the freeway, all under the same client. Ascent crews clean offices, clinics, retail floors, schools, fitness centers and industrial space, so a mixed set of addresses suits the way we are set up.
Many addresses, one schedule, one name to call
Any facility management company that brings us on gets a single named account manager who covers every one of its buildings with us. That person knows your sites, your client contacts and your ticket history, so you never have to explain the account twice.
When the account manager is out of reach, an operations manager steps in as your second escalation contact.
Hand us a handful of buildings spread from the Tri-Valley to Stockton in the same month and they still run on a single shared calendar. Billing follows your preference, one invoice per building or one per ticket, and every invoice shows the street location of the work plus the work-order number from your ticket, which keeps reconciliation quick for your AP team.
How a ticket moves from your desk to done
Ascent works in the ticketing platform you already use, whichever one your firm or its client has standardized on. Work arrives where you track it, and status updates go back to the same place, so nobody has to watch a separate inbox.
Urgent tickets get a response from Ascent the same day. Spills, a flooded restroom or a mess left by an evening event do not wait for Monday, so a person picks up urgent calls at night and over the weekend, and Ascent can be reached 24/7.
Your not-to-exceed (NTE) limit on each ticket is the ceiling we price against. Should the crew find more work on site than that ceiling covers, the extra waits until you have approved it.
Getting Ascent into your vendor file
Onboarding opens with the Ascent vendor packet. Request a copy from our contact page, and the operations desk sends it over by email.
Your risk team will want proof of coverage, and the certificate lands in their inbox within 1 business day. Ask, and Ascent lists your company plus your client as additional insureds on that certificate. Ascent carries general liability limits of $1M each occurrence with a $2M aggregate, holds an umbrella policy above that, and covers its people with workers’ comp.
No one works in your client’s building before passing a background check, and crews arrive in uniform. Where a site calls for more, such as extra screening, badging or an escort through secure areas, we follow that site’s rules.
Records you can hand to your client
Sooner or later a client asks whether the cleaners actually came on Tuesday. With Ascent you can answer from the record: each crew logs the time it walked in and the time it left, at every building, on every visit.
Close-out is easy too. Once an urgent call or a single project wraps up, Ascent sends photos or a brief written summary of the finished work. On the recurring side, Ascent supervisors walk each building, score what they see and pass those inspection reports to you, ready for your next client meeting.
Work your team can route to Ascent
The core of the offer is recurring janitorial service: nightly or weekly cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms and common areas. Busy lobbies and restrooms that need attention during business hours can add a day porter.
Periodic and one-off tickets fit too. We handle commercial floor care and stripping and waxing, hot-water carpet extraction, periodic restroom deep cleaning, touchpoint disinfecting, and the final post-construction dust-off once a tenant improvement is finished. Office parks and other multi-building sites fit our business park cleaning as well.
From first walkthrough to first shift
Once you send a building our way, a walkthrough within 2 business days is normal, and the first cleaning shift follows inside a week. If you are bringing several sites over at once, we line them up on one start plan.
To begin, request the vendor packet through our contact page. Tell us which cities your buildings sit in and what kind of space they are, and we reply within one business day.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can a regional FM company contract with Ascent directly?
Yes. National firms and regional ones can both contract with Ascent directly, for any building inside our Northern California service area.
How fast do we get a certificate of insurance?
Within 1 business day of the request. If you ask, it lists your firm and the client you serve as additional insureds, and it shows $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate and our umbrella layer.
Do your crews work inside the ticketing platform we assign?
Yes. Ascent logs into the platform your firm or its client has chosen, receives tickets there and updates them there.
What happens when a job will cost more than the ticket allows?
Work pauses at your not-to-exceed figure while we call you. Any overage needs your go-ahead first, so the invoice never surprises you.
How do we request the vendor packet?
Fill in the contact form here and mention the packet. Someone from Ascent operations replies with it by email.
