One contact for the whole campus
A business park is not one office multiplied by ten. It is a set of buildings with different ages, layouts and tenants, tied together by shared lobbies, parking fields, amenity rooms and a property manager who answers for all of it. Ascent Cleaning looks after the whole campus across the Sacramento region, the Bay Area, the North Bay and the Central Valley, so the manager has one contact, one schedule and one standard for every address in the park.
Tenants still get the attention their own suites need. The difference is that the park itself, the parts no single tenant owns, is looked after just as closely.
Office parks across our service area
In Sacramento, office districts group mid-rise and low-rise buildings around shared parking and amenities. In the Tri-Valley, Pleasanton has large multi-building business parks run by owners associations.
This service is built for campuses with many buildings and many tenants under shared management.
Shared lobbies, corridors and restrooms
Common-area lobbies set the tone for every tenant in the building. Entry glass, directories, elevator doors and cab interiors, seating and the reception counter are cleaned each visit, and stairwells and corridors are dusted and vacuumed on a rotating schedule so no floor is left out.
Multi-tenant restrooms are the room tenants complain about first, so they get a full clean and restock on every visit and, on busy campuses, a midday check by a porter. Shared kitchens and break areas on each floor are wiped down and reset for the next morning.
Suites that keep their own rhythm
Inside the park, each tenant can keep its own frequency. A law firm might want five nights a week, a medical suite might follow its practice protocol, and a small engineering office might be fine with two visits. Every suite is handled from a separate task list with access notes of its own, and the building common areas are cleaned on the park’s schedule regardless of who is leasing above them.
For the room-by-room detail inside an individual suite, see our office cleaning service.
Amenities, entries and outdoor touchpoints
Today’s parks compete on amenities. Fitness rooms get equipment wiped, mirrors cleaned, locker areas and showers scrubbed. Cafés and grab-and-go counters get seating, tables and trash stations reset. Conference centers that tenants book by the hour are cleaned after each event so the next group walks into a ready room.
Outside each door, walk-off mats are vacuumed or swapped, entry glass and door hardware are cleaned, and smoking areas, outdoor break tables and bench seating are cleared of butts and litter. Those first and last steps shape how tenants and their visitors feel about the whole park.
Porters across buildings and one plan
On larger campuses, day porters rotate between buildings through the workday, checking restrooms, restocking supplies, clearing lobby spills and responding to requests from the property office. Night crews cover the heavier work after tenants leave.
The property manager receives one plan that covers every building, and supervisors run quality inspections at every address. Every cleaner is background-checked, Ascent carries insurance and workers’ comp, and a certificate of insurance goes into the park’s vendor file. Floor projects across lobbies and corridors run through commercial floor care.
Move-ins, move-outs and vacant suites
Leases turn over all the time across a multi-building park, and every change leaves a suite to reset. When a tenant moves out, Ascent crews clear what the movers left behind, wash walls at desk height, clean inside cabinets and break-room appliances, and vacuum or scrub every floor so the space is ready to show. After a tenant-improvement build-out, our post-construction cleaning crew lifts drywall dust off vents, sills and new fixtures before the furniture arrives.
Empty suites on the leasing route get a light rotation of their own: a dust and floor pass, a restroom check and clean entry glass ahead of booked showings. A prospect touring the space walks into a suite that looks cared for, not one that has gathered dust and dead flies since the last move-out.
What drives the price
Business park cleaning is priced on the campus as a whole: the number of buildings and floors, common-area square footage, restroom count, amenity rooms, porter hours, how many tenant suites join the plan, and any recurring floor or carpet work.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can every building in our park sit on one plan?
Yes. All buildings run under one plan and one point of contact, with each address scheduled and inspected on its own.
Can individual tenants add their suites to the park's plan?
Yes. Each tenant chooses its own frequency and task list, and its suite is cleaned alongside the park’s common areas.
Can a porter cover several of our buildings in one shift?
Yes. Porters rotate across the campus on a set loop, covering restrooms, lobbies, amenity rooms and requests from the property office.
Do you clean outdoor break and smoking areas?
Yes. Outdoor tables, benches, smoking areas, walk-off mats and entry glass are part of the common-area plan.
Can you get a vacant suite ready before a new tenant moves in?
Yes. After move-out, crews clean walls, cabinets, appliances and floors, and any build-out dust is removed, so the suite is ready on move-in day.
