From the restroom to the front entry
You can scrub a restroom until it shines, and it still lets a visitor down if the towel holder is empty when they reach for it. Ascent Cleaning closes that gap. We supply the consumables your building uses every day and keep them loaded, so restrooms, breakroom sinks and the front entry are ready and no facility manager has to place the order.
There are two ways to buy. If Ascent provides your janitorial service, the crew can supply and refill everything each visit, or keep loading the stock you already buy. If your own staff do the cleaning, Ascent can simply deliver the products on a repeating order.
What Ascent carries
- Toilet paper sized to the holders already in your stalls
- Paper towels, folded or roll
- Liners for wastebaskets and heavy bags for the big bins behind the building
- Hand soap, in refills that suit your dispensers
- Hand sanitizer for lobbies, reception desks, shared workstations and clinic check-in counters
- Toilet seat covers
- Wall dispensers for the paper, soap and sanitizer, hung by our team
Coffee and snacks for the staff kitchen? Those come under breakroom and pantry restocking.
Topped up on every cleaning visit
When Ascent supplies the products, the crew brings them on each visit. As each restroom is cleaned, every holder and dispenser is opened and filled, part-used rolls are moved to the front so they get finished, and each container gets a new liner as it is emptied. The breakroom’s towel and soap stations get checked too before the crew moves on.
So the building opens each morning with full stations. Where traffic peaks in daylight hours, at clinics, schools and busy lobbies, day porter service adds midday rounds, so a heavy lunch hour does not drain a dispenser before the evening clean.
Delivery only, for in-house teams
Lots of sites keep their own cleaning in-house, whether that is one custodian, the building engineer or office staff taking turns. What those teams lack is the time to keep track of paper and soap and reorder it. Supplies-only delivery takes that piece. Ascent sets a recurring order around what the building actually uses, the boxes arrive on the cycle you choose, and your staff load the dispensers.
If your cleaning arrangements change later, the same products and dispensers move straight onto an Ascent cleaning plan with nothing on the wall to replace.
Dispensers and the refills that fit them
How well supplies last comes down to the dispensers. A soap cartridge that only half seats, towels that rip in the feed, a jumbo roll jammed into a standard holder: each one wastes product and empties a station early. Ascent provides and mounts paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers and brings only the refills made for them.
Buildings that have gathered a mix of units over the years get the odd ones swapped for a matched set, so every restroom on every floor takes the same refills. A remodel or new suite can have its dispensers hung at the same time, ready for move-in day.
Par levels by restroom
We give each restroom a par level: how deep its reserve of paper, soap and bags should run. The reserve is shelved close to the rooms that draw on it, and every restock refills it to that mark. Anyone opening the supply closet can tell in seconds whether the floor has enough.
The starting figures come from headcount and traffic and are adjusted as real use comes in. A restroom just off a busy lobby earns a deeper shelf than a quiet one at the end of a hallway, and the closet does not fill up with cases nobody needs.
Fewer vendors for facility managers
When your cleaners are also your supply source, a vendor, an invoice and a standing reorder come off your plate. Nobody signs for boxes at the front desk, nobody counts inventory, and one call covers questions about cleaning, paper, soap and dispensers alike.
Companies with offices in several cities can use the same products and dispensers at every site, which keeps restocking consistent from the Bay Area to the Central Valley.
The region’s busiest restrooms
Buildings with the most people use the most paper. In Sacramento, state agency offices and private offices downtown run full restroom banks all day, and plants and warehouses work through every shift. In the South Bay, tech campuses fill floor after floor of shared restrooms.
Medical offices, school campuses and retail centers add their own patterns, so the reserve is set by building type and how fast it goes through product.
Pricing factors
Supply pricing is worked out for your building, with no one-size package. It moves with:
- Building headcount and daily visitors
- Restrooms in the building and fixtures in each
- Use by room and by shift
- The product grade you pick
- Visit or drop-off frequency, and whether supplies are bundled into cleaning
- Any dispensers to provide and mount
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Does Ascent deliver supplies to buildings it doesn't clean?
Yes. In-house cleaning teams can have their paper, bags, soap and seat covers dropped off on a repeating order, and Ascent mounts matching dispensers when they are needed.
Can you take over dispensers a previous vendor installed?
Yes. Where the existing units work, we bring refills that fit them. Where they are broken or mismatched, we hang a matched set.
What does a par level mean for our restrooms?
It is the quantity of each item we keep set aside for that restroom. Every restock brings the closet back up to that full mark, so the building stays stocked between visits.
Can our offices in different cities run on the same products?
Yes. Matching products and dispensers can follow your locations across the region, so every site restocks the same way.
